The M2128 Bradley 105mm Mobile Gun System is "What if" series, the main equipments and devices all reasonable deduction based on the reality and below is the introduction of these components: The main M2 Bradley variants have been through steady and staged upgrades. As the most successful upgraded variants of M2 family, the M2A3 and M3A3 Bradley FIghting Vehicles have good armor protection, strong continuous firepower, good mobility and intelligent information processing capabilities which made Bradley good examples and good IFVs to be imitated. In June 2018, BAE Systems Land and Armaments was awarded a contract to produce up to 164 M2A4 and M7A4 Bradley Fighting Vehicles using existing M2A3, M7A3 and M2A2 ODS-SA Bradley. The M2A4 is equipped with an enhanced drivetrain, a more powerful engine, new digitized electronics, a new fire suppression system, and a new IED jammer. The MGS emerged after the 1996 cancelation of the Army's M8 armored gun system, the MGS uses an unmanned turret with M68A2 105mm gun, all operations are performed by the crew inside the vehicle and the turret is equipped with an automatic loader, which is loaded with 18 rounds and has a firing rate of 10 rounds/min. The AGS system was planned to replace the M551 "Sheridan" light tank, and its main gun, the XM35 gun, was designed and developed for the LAV-105 and M8. However, it was not until 2022 that the Army chose the M35 main gun on the M10 "Booker" as the MPF project. 105mm gun + M2 Bradley, is it possible? Compared to the "Stryker", the M2 "Bradley" has enough space to accommodate the MGS structure and its own huge auto loader. Moreover, compared to wheeled armored vehicles, the M2 "Bradley" provides better off-road mobility. In terms of protection capabilities, the M2 "Bradley" can provide better survivability for the MGS. In the 1980s, the Vickers Defence Systems Mechanised Combat Vehicle (MCV), combining the design of a Vickers power-operated turret with the M2 Bradley IFV carried the Royal Ordnance Factories’ 105mm gun. Although the project was finally won by GKN "Warrior", it also proved that the M2 "Bradley" has the possibility of carrying a 105mm guns.
